Free Shipping:

Free worldwide shipping applies to wireforms over AUD $200. Other store products ship at standard rates, calculated by weight and destination at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

We offer regular and express shipping within Australia and overseas. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. You can see the shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.

Processing Time:

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days. Made-to-order and pre-order items (such as gold-plated wireforms, which are produced in monthly batches) take longer - the expected timeframe is listed on each product page. Processing times may also be longer during peak periods, such as holidays.

International Shipping:

We ship from Australia to most countries worldwide. A small number of destinations are excluded where our carriers can't deliver - if your country doesn't appear at checkout, email us before ordering and we'll check options for you. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine whether additional charges apply. If your order is held at your local post office, you must collect or contact them within 14 days; uncollected items are returned to sender, and additional fees apply to re-send them.
